Extra care from the extremely great and polite staff...

all of the staff was pleasant and outstandingly accommodating.

Had comfortable stay for a second night. Got double room with bathroom when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. It was in a central location, in the Nagano mountains.

The rooms were good-sized with shampoo, a capsule bed, for example as described. The hotel was in a particularly good and stunning position really close to animate shop, the bookstore and two convenience store.

Comfortable experience there. Well-organised hotel located in a central area close enough to castle or nawate street, Ario mall, and the bus terminal for Matsumoto. Incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating employees with nice manners.

The room was reasonably large and well-equipped with all amenities and awesome beds, and all other comforts. The hotel had a central location to Matsumoto castle.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Great value for the money, with convenient and efficient individual cube/rooms. The location was superb, within easy walking distance of Matsumoto Castle and other attractions. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to make a last minute reservation change without any extra charge.

The breakfast selection could be improved, offering more variety and options for guests.

The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a comfortable area, not far from the railway station, the castle and art museum and Alpico Plaza, which is the bus terminal for Matsumoto and has a supermarket. Thoroughly enjoyed our new-fashioned and huge rooms with bathroom and the staff were incredible! Central heating and a work desk were a huge plus.

It was in the central location close to department store. Moreover, it's close enough to the train station, bus station and minutes walk from all attractions in Matsumoto.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Hotel M. The room was clean and cozy, and I appreciated the daily sheet and towel changes. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train and bus stations. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of hot dishes.
